Adopting building information modeling in claims management in construction industry

Claims are one of the most important problems in construction projects that lead to conflicts between key stakeholders Republic Iraq. Perhaps main reason is adoption traditional systems claims management, so use modern technologies project management such as BIM technology can contribute reducing these claims. The study aims briefly shed light on Iraq, then this attempts address problem through adopting developing a prototype; This highlighted 29 related claims, and model was evaluated by group experts proved its efficiency solving problems. concluded studied addressing Iraqi projects, results for set research gaps that, if addressed, will become more accurate comprehensive.
